Found by AI

The programme, the terms, and one promise: your clients stay yours.

We track which buying questions AI answers without your client, write and publish the content that answers them, and measure both the AI answers and the clicks to your client's site - and what we measure decides what we write next, all under your brand. We sell only through partners.

Bring one client you'd try this on. Thirty minutes, end to end: the monitoring, the articles it produced, the review flow and a real report.

Where every article comes from

The monitoring isn't a dashboard. It's the brief.

Every piece we write exists because a specific buying question is being answered right now without your client in it. Most tools stop at detection and hand the work back to your team. We write the piece - and then we watch two things: how the AI answers move, and how the published article itself does, down to how many people clicked through from it to your client's site. Both readings set the next brief.

The loop
01

Monitor

Weekly, we put the buying questions in the client's category to assistants like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers - and record who gets named instead.

02

Brief

Each question the client is missing from becomes a topic. The brief is evidence, not a keyword list from nowhere.

03

Create

We do the writing. The article, the answer block, the fact section, the FAQ - each one signed by a named editor from your team or your client's.

04

Publish

Approved work goes live on the client’s own blog, in every language they have switched on.

05

Measure

Two readings: the same questions asked again, and what the published pieces earned - reads, click-throughs to the client’s site, and when AI assistants last fetched them. Both readings set the next brief.

What we measure decides what we write next - both the AI answers and what the published work earns.

Why it survives client scrutiny

Real people sign the work. Nothing has to publish unseen.

The hard question is not whether AI matters - it is who wrote this, and would I put my client's name on it. The honest answer: an agentic authoring system does the research and the writing - through layered quality gates and rewrite passes that hunt down machine-sounding prose - and a named person from your team or your client's reviews, edits and signs it before it goes out.

Role-accurate credits

Role-accurate credits, not anonymous output.

Articles the programme produces name the person who reviewed them - a real person from your team or your client's, with a job title and a public professional profile we vet before it can appear publicly. Posts written by your client's team name their writer. Credit and structured author data reflect the real contribution, in a form AI systems and search engines can read.

Review before publish

Nothing goes out under your brand without sign-off.

Review before publish is the default: your team edits the headline, the meta description and the body first, and approval is role-gated so only the people you choose can release. Translated articles follow the same rule - they are reviewed and approved before they go live, never released silently. Autopublish is opt-in, per client, for brands that want it hands-off.

Client writers

Your client's own writers are welcome.

Their people can write and publish their own posts in the same editor, alongside the articles the programme produces. Those posts are free and never count against the produced-content allowance.

Where the content lands

It publishes on your client's domain. Nobody has to touch their website.

The second question every agency asks is where the articles actually go. Here is what is true today - and what is not yet.

Today

A blog we host and run.

The content lives on your client's subdomain - blog.clientdomain.com - or on your own white-label domain. One DNS record either way: no plugin, no theme work, nothing to schedule with whoever built the site. Want to skip the DNS dance? A found-by.ai subdomain needs nothing configured - move across whenever you're ready. We host it, run it and keep it fast.

On the roadmap

Straight into their own CMS.

Connectors to WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify and other common CMS platforms are on our roadmap, so articles land inside the site your clients already have instead of a separate blog. Roadmap work is prioritized on partner request - tell us which platform your clients run.

The connectors are not available yet, and we will not sell you a date.

Our promise

We never solicit your clients.
Your clients remain your clients.

We sell only through partners. There is no direct sales channel - no direct price even exists - and no scenario in which we compete with you for your own client. Contracts, pricing and the relationship are yours; we invoice you at wholesale, and what you charge your client is your business. If one of your clients ever contacts us directly, we route them back to you.

What that means in practice

  • Nothing we deliver to your client carries our name - the portal they log into, the monthly report, the emails and every published article are yours. Our name appears only on the surfaces built for you, such as the free client scan you run on prospects.
  • The portal holds briefs, drafts, published pages and measurement in one place, with your logo on it - you and your client see the same thing.
  • Measurement runs on both sides of publication: the AI answers, and then each live article's reads, click-throughs to your client's own site, and when AI assistants last fetched it.
  • White-label clients never see an upgrade path to Found by AI.
  • Direct inquiries from partner-managed clients are routed back to you.
  • Partner and client names, logos and report excerpts are never reused without written permission.

How the commercial side works

  • Wholesale per client brand, per month - flat from client number one, with no volume bands to climb.
  • No per-brand setup fee and no minimum commitment. Start with one client.
  • You set your client price and keep the difference; bill it standalone or inside an existing retainer.
  • Founding partner terms and pilot seats for agencies onboarding in 2026 - one client, three report cycles, no cohort fee, walk away with your full export - ask on the call.
  • We'll walk you through the wholesale table on a call and leave it with you in writing.

When we're not the right fit

If your agency already has in-house editorial capacity and what you really want is maximum diagnostic breadth - hundreds of tracked questions across as many AI engines as possible to direct your own writers - a dedicated analytics platform is the better buy, and we'll say so on the call. We're the right fit when you want the writing, the publishing and the monthly proof handled end to end under your brand, without hiring for it.

What we don't promise

No guaranteed AI citations, rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. AI answers vary between runs, between assistants and over time. We promise the process, the production and the documentation, and we report the trend rather than a lucky single result.

Partner FAQ

Questions agency owners actually ask.

What's the smallest commitment? Can I start with one client?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment and no per-brand setup fee. Start with one client, see the first report under your brand, and decide from there whether to add more. For agencies onboarding in 2026 there are pilot seats on founder terms: one retained client, three report cycles, no cohort fee - and if it isn't for you, you walk away with your full export.

Does anything publish without my client seeing it first?

Review before publish is the default; autopublish is opt-in, per client. Review before publish means your team edits the headline, the meta description and the body before anything goes live, and approval is role-gated so only the people you choose can release. Translated articles follow the same rule - they are reviewed and approved before they go live, never released silently. One default we disclose up front: a draft left unreviewed for 7 days publishes with a notification - switchable off per client. Brands that prefer hands-off publishing can switch autopublish on per client instead. Brand-safety topics, factual constraints and tone preferences are captured at kickoff either way.

What do our clients see?

Your brand. The portal they log into, the monthly report they read and the emails they receive carry your logo and your name - ours appears on none of it. Your clients remain your clients: we never solicit them, and if one contacts us directly we route them back to you.

Who writes the articles, and does it read like AI wrote it?

An agentic authoring system does the research and the writing - real research that reads your client's site and links deep into their product pages - through layered quality gates and rewrite passes that hunt down machine-sounding prose. Then a named person from your team or your client's reviews, edits and signs it before it goes out - a real person with a job title and a public professional profile. Credits are role-accurate - articles the programme produces name the person who reviewed them, posts written by your client's team name their writer - backed by structured author data that AI systems and search engines can read. The reviewer is your side's person; we vet the profile before it can appear publicly. Every piece lands in your review queue before anything goes live - your team edits the headline, the meta description and the body and approves it there - and the monthly report shows exactly what went live, so you can judge the writing on the page with your client every month.

We already have writers. What would we use you for?

Then writers aren't the gap - the system around them is. The programme supplies the weekly AI-answer monitoring, the research, the evidence-backed briefs, the publishing pipeline and the monthly report; your writers keep the bylines, review and sign the work, and can take any brief in-house whenever they want. Run us as the ops unit under your editorial team.

Where does the published content actually live?

On a blog we host and run - on your client's subdomain, such as blog.clientdomain.com, or on your own white-label domain: one DNS record either way, no plugin, no theme work, and no development project between signing and publishing. Want to skip the DNS dance? A found-by.ai subdomain needs nothing configured; move across whenever you're ready. Connectors that publish straight into WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify and other common CMS platforms are on our roadmap; they are not available yet, and we won't sell you a date.

Can my client's own writers publish too?

Yes. Their people can draft and publish their own posts in the same editor, alongside the content we produce. Those posts cost nothing extra and never count against the produced-content allowance.

Who owns the client contract and the pricing?

You do, entirely. We invoice you at wholesale; you invoice your client at your price, on your paper. Founding partner terms are available for agencies onboarding in 2026 - we'll walk you through the wholesale table on the call and leave it with you in writing.

Next step

Scan a client. Then book 30 minutes.

Bring one client you'd try this on. We'll walk the monitoring, the articles it produced, the review flow and a real report end to end - and cover founder terms and pilot seats if you're onboarding in 2026.
