Monitor · Brief · Create · Publish · Measure
One programme. Written, published and reported under your brand.
About 15 buying questions per brand, asked weekly. We choose topics from the ones your client is missing from.
Sold only through partners. No direct price exists.
Where every article comes from
The monitoring isn't a dashboard. It's the brief.
Every week we put your client's buying questions to AI assistants, for example ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, and record who gets named. About 15 per brand, in three groups: Foundational, Core and Must-win. The questions your client is missing from are where the month's topics are chosen. Most tools stop there. We write the piece, then read two things back: the AI answers when we ask again, and what each article earned in reads and clicks. Both readings set the next brief.
Monitor
Every week we put your client's buying questions to AI assistants, for example ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, and record who gets named.
Brief
The questions your client is missing from are where the month's topics are chosen from. The brief is evidence, not a keyword list from nowhere.
Create
AI does the research and the first draft; a named person from your team or your client's reviews, edits and signs it before it goes out.
Review before publish is the default for every new client brand; publishing immediately is opt-in, per client.
Publish
Approved work goes live on the client's own blog, in every language they have switched on, or inside their own site over the Content Delivery API.
Measure
Two readings. The same questions asked again, and what the published pieces earned: reads, click-throughs to the client's site, and when AI assistants last fetched them. Both readings set the next brief.
What we measure decides what we write next. Evidence-led, human-curated.
Every month, per client brand
What arrives each month.
We measure.
Two readings, not one. The same buying questions, asked again each week: whether your client is named, who is named instead, and which sources the answers lean on. And for every article already live: reads, clicks through to your client's own site, and when AI assistants last fetched it.
We create.
Both readings set the brief: the questions still answered without your client, and what the published work is earning. We write the articles, FAQs and comparison pieces that answer them, refresh them when the answers move, and translate everything new into every language the client has switched on. AI does the research and the first draft; a named person from your team or your client's reviews, edits and signs it before it goes out.
We publish.
Work goes live on a blog we host on your client's own subdomain with one DNS record, or inside the client's own site over the Content Delivery API or the WordPress connector. Review before publish is the default for every new client brand; publishing immediately is opt-in, per client. Translations follow the same mode as the original.
We report.
A Monthly AI-Search Visibility Report in your agency's brand at the start of every month: what we measured, what we published, what moved and what didn't, and what we would do next. Your client reads it in minutes. You run the client meeting on it.
Who writes, and when it goes live
Nothing has to publish unseen
AI does the research and the first draft; a named person from your team or your client's reviews, edits and signs it before it goes out.
Review before publish is the default for every new client brand; publishing immediately is opt-in, per client.
Articles the programme produces can carry the name of the person who reviewed them; posts your client's team write name their writer.
Three publish modes, chosen per client
01
Review window
the default for every new client
Drafts wait in your review queue with reminders. A named person from your team or your client's reviews, edits, approves or sends back. A draft nobody has approved or sent back after 7 days publishes with a notification.
02
Publish immediately
opt-in per client
Live after the AI quality gate, no review step; your team can still edit afterwards in the same editor.
03
Dark until reviewed
on request
Nothing publishes until a person approves it, however long it waits.
Translations follow the same mode as the original. Posts your client's own writers draft never publish on a timer, cost nothing and are never counted against the plan.
Hosted blog, API or WordPress
Where the content lands
Every client starts on a blog we host. The same articles can also go into the client's own site. You add a destination; you never migrate.
01Hosted blog
Every client starts here. On the client's own subdomain (blog.clientdomain.com) or a subdomain of your white-label domain, with one DNS record. Or a found-by.ai subdomain with nothing to configure; add the client's domain when you are ready. No plugin, no theme work.
02Content Delivery API
For clients who want the articles inside their own site. One key per client, issued by us on request. Your developer pulls each approved article as markdown (title, description, tags, hreflang and structured data included) and tells us where it went live. Markdown only, no images, in this version.
03WordPress connector
Install our plugin and paste the key. Articles arrive as drafts; your client's editor decides what goes live. The tracking snippet is set up for you, and WooCommerce orders can be attributed. A re-sync updates the text in place, so edit upstream, not in WordPress. Private download from us; no auto-update yet.
04HubSpot, Shopify, Joomla
Not built yet. Partner requests set the build order, and we will not sell you a date. Until then, any system with a developer uses the API.
Same articles, same review, same report, whatever the destination. A small cookieless script (about 2.5 KB) on the client's own site measures reads, clicks and marked conversions for all of them. Conversions are not in the monthly report.
Add, never migrate. A client can run the hosted blog and the API side by side. A client who wants no public blog starts in a search-dark preview and decides later. A hosted blog that is already indexed cannot be switched off to API-only today.
Start hosted; add your own site when you are ready. We will not sell you a date on the rest.
Per client
Extra languages.
Seven languages live. Original articles are written in English and Norwegian today; translations run in Danish, German, Dutch, Polish and Spanish. Turn a language on and every new article, and the back catalogue, is translated. A client whose original articles are in another language is set up as its own brand.
Next step
Run the loop on one client.
Judge us on three reports.
Bring one retained client. We show you the monitoring, the articles it produced, the review flow and a real report. Three monthly reports later, you decide.
No minimum on standard monthly terms; founder terms carry a 12-month agreement per client brand.
